The Cuvée Ventajol Côtes du Rhône Villages is none other than the big brother of our Côtes du Rhône, more body, more shoulder and more powerful! The Côtes du Rhône par excellence to sit at the table.
- Quoi ?
This garnet-colored wine is characterized by silky, generous tannins and a beautiful length in the mouth. We find red fruit (Burlat cherry) and gray fruit (blackberries).
- Comment ?
Grown on the hillsides of the commune on a soil of rolled pebbles for a yield of approximately 35 hl/ha. Vinification in concrete vats is longer (approximately 30 days).
- Pourquoi ?
At temperature, this wine will seduce lovers of powerful, generous and round but not too alcoholic Côtes du Rhône. It will also go well with dishes in sauce, game or a good cheese platter.
