Our famous marinated beef... Featured on the menu since the restaurant's opening in 2009, it delights the taste buds of our customers: tender beef cut from a Salers rump steak, paired with pear juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, and a hint of garlic.
The chef's seafood tagine is one of the most popular dishes among our guests. Fresh, regional ingredients allow our team to cook with both pleasure and creativity.
